Meet the Clinicians

Jessica (she/her)  works with clients ages 18 and up on a variety of issues, particularly those related to anxiety, and queer and polyamorous or non-traditional relationship identities.

Jessica particularly enjoys working with clients who are struggling to make sense of their world and trying to find their place in it. She believes that because so much of what we experience is going on silently in our heads, having a truly non-judgmental space can make a world of difference in sorting through our experiences and emotions.

Jessica believes strongly that her clients have greater strength and skill than they realize, and her work is therefore largely strengths-based and client-centered.

Danielle (she/her) has experience working with clients of all ages who have concerns related to depression, anxiety, grief & loss, and trauma.

Danielle enjoys joining with her clients to help them better understand themselves and their environment in a way that allows for greater self-empathy and acceptance of their feelings. She believes that processing grief and trauma, exploring coping strategies, learning self-care techniques, and strength-building can allow a client to feel empowered in a way that can help to create real change in their lives.

Danielle utilizes strengths-based approaches, and also incorporates artistic expression and mindfulness in her work with clients.
