I help people untangle the parts of themselves they’ve been taught to hide—so they can show up more fully in their relationships, their bodies, and their lives.
Clients often tell me they didn’t realize how much they’d been holding back—how little they trusted others—until they finally felt safe in my office. They’re relieved to feel seen, not analyzed. Normal, not broken. And for many, it’s the first time their identity—whether that’s queer, polyamorous, neurodivergent, or anything else—isn’t treated like the problem.
We live in a world full of rules about how we’re supposed to love, live, look, and feel. Therapy with me is a place to question all of that—and decide for yourself what actually fits. No scripts. No shame. Just real, honest exploration of what your life gets to look like.

Attend your intake session, where we will go over your paperwork and get to know each other better, all while focusing on your needs.
Decide what’s right for you - attend sessions with me weekly or biweekly and start getting closer to the life you want to live - with less anxiety, fear, shame, and unfulfilling relationships and more confidence, clarity, peace, healthy boundaries, and the kind of love you want in your life!
