Heads up: Booking a consult is a chance for us to connect, talk through what you're looking for, and see if working together feels like a good fit. Just so you know: I can only provide therapy to clients located in Delaware or Pennsylvania, and I’m an out-of-network provider - I don’t bill insurance directly. Heads up: Filling out this form doesn’t create a therapeutic relationship. It’s a safe way to say things like “I need help with anxiety” or “My partner and I need help with communication.” Just hold off on sharing very private or detailed medical and mental health information here (because, let’s be real, the internet isn’t always the safest place). We’ll talk through everything that matters in a confidential, private space.
