Online Therapy across Delaware & Pennsylvania
Therapy that meets you where you are—literally.
(Just not while you’re driving, please.)
You don’t have to step foot in an office to find real connection, support, and growth.
With online therapy, you can show up exactly as you are—no commute, no awkward waiting rooms, no need to put on real pants (unless you want to). Whether you're curled up on your couch, tucked into a private room at work, or in a quiet corner of your home, you can still feel seen, heard, and supported. You can do deep work without leaving your house, and that doesn’t make it any less meaningful. It just makes it more accessible.
What Online Therapy Is (and Isn’t)
Therapy in your slippers? Hell yes! Therapy while driving? Hard no.
Online therapy can be cozy and convenient—but it still needs to be a space where you can actually drop in. That means a few non-negotiables: sessions can’t happen while you’re driving, walking through the grocery store, or trying to finish up those PowerPoint slides for you 2 o’clock meeting today.
You deserve a setting where you feel safe enough to be honest, undistracted, and fully present. That might look like a cozy corner of your bedroom, curled up on the couch, a private room at work, or a home office where you can shut the door, exhale, and focus on you.
You don’t need a perfect setup. Kids laughing in the background? Totally fine. Pile of laundry? We’ve all got one. Cat walking across your keyboard? Honestly, a highlight. We can meet you exactly where you are—and still do deep, meaningful work—when you give yourself the space to be fully here.
What if therapy didn’t have to be one more overwhelming thing on your to-do list?
Therapy doesn’t have to mean dropping everything and rearranging your whole week. Online therapy lets you start healing without waiting for the “perfect” moment.
Here’s what can shift when you show up for yourself—even from your couch:
You stop replaying every conversation in your head, wondering if you said the wrong thing.
You start setting boundaries that actually stick—without spiraling into guilt afterward.
You go to sleep without that pit in your stomach or constant what-if buzzing in your brain.
You stop wondering if you’re “queer enough,” and start actually feeling at home in your identity.
You stop performing what a “good partner” should be and start creating relationships that feel real.
You stop defaulting to rules that don’t work and start building relationships that are rooted in choice.
You and your partner(s) stop arguing in circles and start actually hearing each other.
You stop trying to manage everyone else’s feelings and start reconnecting to your own.
You can look at yourself in the mirror and think, “I know who that is—and I like her/them/him.”
Who I See Online
Online therapy isn’t just for individuals—it can work for couples and larger relationship structures, too.
Individuals working through anxiety or people-pleasing, feeling stuck in fight-or-flight, or just looking for a deeply felt sense of calm that actually sticks
Individuals and couples exploring or questioning their queer identities in a world (or family) that doesn’t always get it
Individuals, couples, and polycules or open relationship structures navigating communication, boundaries, jealousy, or the process of opening up
You’ve got WiFi and a willingness to get real—honestly, that’s plenty.

Yes—when you’re in a safe, private space and you have a strong connection with your therapist, online therapy can be just as powerful and effective as in-person work. You still get the same presence, support, and depth… just without the commute.

Most people start with weekly sessions so we can build momentum. Over time, that might shift depending on what you need. Some folks come for a few months to work on something specific; others stay longer to do deeper work. There’s no one-size-fits-all timeline—we’ll check in along the way and figure out what feels right.

All of it. I work with individuals, couples, and polycules online, addressing anxiety, people-pleasing, identity exploration, relationship dynamics, and more. If you’re looking for support that actually reflects your lived experience, we’ll probably be a great fit.
Here are some places you can read more about how I work online with: anxious people-pleasers, queer folks, polyamorous or non-monogamous folks, and couples or relationships.

Sessions are $150 per 50-minute session for individuals. Couples/Relationship session fees vary based on the amount of time that we spend together in session, starting at $210 for a 60-minute session. I offer limited sliding scale spots based on availability, and I’m happy to talk through what works for your budget. Just a quiet space, a stable internet connection, and some privacy. You don’t need fancy tech—just a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera. Headphones can help with focus, but they’re optional.
-
Short answer: no. It’s important that therapy is a space where you can be fully present, grounded, and safe. That means no sessions while driving, running errands, or multitasking. You deserve more than distracted, in-between support—we’ll work best when you have the space to actually show up for yourself.
That being said, sometimes my clients really feel their only truly private space is in their car in the drive way or parked down the street. If that’s the case, I will absolutely meet you where you’re at - provided you are safely parked and not moving during out session.
