Online Therapy across Delaware, Pennsylvania, & Maryland
Therapy can fit into your busy life - I’ll meet you where you’re at!
You don’t have to step foot in an office to find real connection, support, and growth.
With virtual online therapy, you can show up just as you are, with no need to deal with traffic or change out of your pajama pants. Whether you're curled up on your couch or tucked into a private room at work, you can share what’s going on for you and feel seen, heard, and supported. or in a quiet corner of your home, you can still feel seen, heard, and supported. And joining your therapy session from home doesn’t make the work any less deep or meaningful - it just makes it more accessible.
What Online Therapy Is (and Isn’t)
Therapy in your slippers? Hell yes! Therapy while driving? Hard no.
Online therapy can make getting the support you need a lot easier - AND it still needs to be a space where you can actually drop in. That means a few non-negotiables for me: sessions can’t happen while you’re actively driving, walking through the grocery store, or trying to meal-prep for dinner.
Even if it doesn’t always feel like it, you owe it to yourself to give time and space that is dedicated to just you. That said, you don’t need a “perfect” setup! Noise or laundry in the background and intermittent pet cameos are totally human, and totally welcome. All I ask is that you think about what might help you to be able to show up, give yourself time and space (even if that feels a little edgy), and be fully present in our sessions - so we can get you feeling better, sooner.
What if therapy didn’t have to be one more overwhelming thing on your to-do list?
Therapy doesn’t have to mean dropping everything and rearranging your whole week. Online therapy lets you start healing without waiting for the “perfect” moment.
Curious what that healing can look like? Here are some examples of what might happen for you when you show up and dedicate time to yourself in therapy (yes, even from your couch!):
You challenges and change your personal narrative, and start speaking more kindly to yourself.
You start setting boundaries that actually feel good to you - and feel less and less guilty about doing so.
You go out into the world on your own without feeling so self-conscious about interacting with strangers.
You notice when you’re people-pleasing and can make conscious decisions about when to say “yes” to someone.
You stop wondering if you’re “queer enough,” and start actually feeling at home in your identities.
You are able to stop performing what a “good partner” should be and start creating relationships that feel real.
You gain confidence in your personal relationship need & desires, and stop defaulting to rules that don’t work for you.
You and your partner(s) learn how to create space to actually hear each other without crumbling or losing your shit.
You can look at yourself in the mirror and think, “I know who that is, and I genuinely like them.”
Who I See Online
Online therapy isn’t just for individuals—it can work for couples and larger relationship structures, too. Through telehealth, I see:
Individuals working through anxiety or people-pleasing, feeling stuck in maladaptive patterns, or just looking for a deeply felt sense of calm that actually sticks
Individuals and couples exploring their queer identities or relationships in a world (or family) that doesn’t always get it
Individuals, couples, and polycules or open relationship structures navigating communication, boundaries, jealousy, or the process of opening up
All you need is the desire for change, commitment to the work, and of course, a good Wifi connection.
Frequently asked questions about online therapy
Please feel free to review my general FAQ page here as well for additional answers to common questions about therapy overall.
-
Absolutely. As long as you have a safe, private space and a strong connection iwth your therapist (which we will build together!), I truly believe that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy. I will show up for you with the same presence, support, and depth as I do for my in-person clients - you just won’t have to deal with traffic.

Most people start with weekly sessions so we can build momentum. Over time, that might shift depending on what you need. Some folks come for a few months to work on something specific; others stay longer to do deeper work. There’s no one-size-fits-all timeline - we can continue to check in about what feels right as we work together.
-
All of it. I work with individuals, couples, and polycules online, addressing anxiety, people-pleasing, identity exploration, relationship dynamics, and more.
Here are some places you can read more about how I work online with: anxious people-pleasers, queer folks, polyamorous or non-monogamous folks, and couples or relationships.

Just a quiet space, a stable internet connection, and some privacy. You don’t need fancy tech - just a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera. You’ll be sent a secure telehealth link in every appointment reminder - no need to download Zoom or anything like that.
-
Short answer: no.
It’s important that therapy is a space where you can be fully present, grounded, and safe. That means no sessions while driving, running errands, or multitasking.
That being said, sometimes my clients really feel their only truly private space is in their car in the drive way or parked down the street. If that’s the case, I will absolutely meet you where you’re at - provided you are safely parked and not moving during our session.
